Amazing property near Candolim beach its just 200m away. Host Gary and caretaker Satish is very humble and supportive person. If you are looking for peaceful and calm place just go with Spectrum Hub.Thank you

Very cozy. Very well maintained. As par the price it is really very very nice . I must say , with this price they are doing business keeping very little profit. See view is extraordinary. You will have cool breeze , a proper sunrise and the tree infront of your room will protect you from the midday schorching heat.

A very quaint place in candolim, beach is just in sight and caretaker satish, what can i say about him.A gem of a person always there for you in best possible way.If for start one can ignore the location of rooms, then this a clean affordable and near to beach place.Soon the room and area starts growing on you.Do meet blacky a very calm dog who guards the whole area 😊

Booked via Airbnb. Overpriced place. Should be fine your budget is between Rs. 1800-2200.Host is good but the property location isn't. The view outside the room is pretty bad. There is a pathway to the beach but not accessible post evening as there is no light.

Excellent property, stayed 10 days ,safe , next to beach even you can see sunset over a cup of coffee from your balcony, Excellent staff specially Mr. Satish very helpful and caring. The owner of the property Mr. Gary is nice man he also look after well , don't feel like I am away from my house
